The New York Public Library has been an invaluable source. The Library sports an astounding collection of documents of American history in its menu collection, which houses over 25,000 original menus from around the world, spanning over 100 years. The local history photograph collection provided nearly all of these delicious (pun intended) images. Both of these collections are open to the public. Thanks to the staff for your help.
